Yes, from your Dashboard. A downgrade takes effect immediately and Stripe credits the unused part of your old plan against the next invoice; a cancellation is the one that runs to the end of the period you have already paid for, after which the account reverts to Free. This page and /faq describe the same behaviour as functions/api/stripe/change-plan.js.

Requests stop until your allowance refills. You get a message showing how many words are left rather than a partial result — paid plans are not dropped back to free-tier limits. The allowance refills at the start of each calendar month, not on your billing date, so a plan bought mid-month gets its first refill on the 1st. To carry on sooner, move to a higher plan.

Yes, with three conditions we would rather you knew now than at the point of asking: the request has to be within 7 calendar days of the original purchase, you have to have used less than 20% of that month's word allowance, and it has to be your first refund. Past 20% usage we still refund, but prorated against what is left. The full policy is at /refund-policy.

Re-humanize runs your humanized text through the engine again at a higher variation setting and skips the result cache, so you get a genuinely different draft instead of the same one back. It is available on every plan, including Free — on Free each run counts against that day's 3 uses.

Yes. Every paid-plan charge generates a PDF invoice with your billing name, address, and VAT number (when provided). Invoices are available from the billing section of your dashboard after the first payment posts.

No. Submitted text is processed for the current request and is not used to train our models or a provider's. Signed out, nothing is kept in your account. Signed in, the Humanizer, Rewriter and Grammar Checker save the input and result to your own tool history, which you can delete entry by entry at /dashboard/tool-history; the AI Detector never does. Results are also briefly cached at the edge under a hash of the input so an identical submission returns instantly. See /privacy for the full data-handling policy.
