Salesforce Einstein is the AI layer powering the entire Salesforce ecosystem, providing predictive analytics, generative AI, and autonomous agents across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, and the broader Salesforce platform. With the launch of Agentforce, Salesforce has positioned Einstein as the foundation for building autonomous AI agents that handle customer-facing and internal workflows.

Agentforce represents Salesforce's vision of AI agents that go beyond copilot assistance to take independent action.
